My first guess was Anaheim Pepper, but they usually aren’t this big or twisty. The general shape and color is right, though.

It’s looking like a Cow Horn Pepper to me
I grew some last couple years. If it is Cow Horn it was picked to early, they should curl at the bottom and turn red. At least the ones I had did. They are pretty good. Id say it’s a step up from jalapenos as far as spice level

It’s a padrón pepper… not spicy but very nice grilled and served with other things

There are so many varieties now that identification is nearly impossible unless they’re very clearly one of the common ones. It looks like a big Shishito crossed with something else.
